Special orders are non-cancelled and non-returnable. Regular orders can be returned within 10 working days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition, accompanied by the original invoice. .All items purchased on sale or special priced items, are final and cannot be returned or refunded. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges.

Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resalable condition. We cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that shipping fees, additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 10-day period following delivery. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of the time you pace it,  by contacting us to the mail: service@blog.thecharmingeffect.com In this case we will refund the full amount, except bank charges included in the transaction.

Returns can only be concluded following the procedure below:

Email us at service@blog.thecharmingeffect.com  and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product. Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary. It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges. All shipping charges fall on the customer. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to complete the transaction.

We do provide guarrantee for merchandise that arrives to customer in bad condition.
In such case please follow the procedures of returns.
Please note that all acrylic jewelries are sensitive and may break if not treated with care. For example, if suffer a big pressure or fall down. We will not accept responsibility for any such damages.
